Choir Parents,
In order to alleviate issues with parking and seating at our spring concert on Tuesday, May 8th, we are going to make some slight adjustments to the concert schedule. Please find your child’s grade level below and be aware of changes that may have been made to the schedule.
Concert 1:
6th Grade
Parents park at OFMS
Students arrive at 6:15 p.m. and meet in MS gym for warmups.
Concert will be 6:30-7:00 p.m.
After the concert, please exit through the Explorer hallway.
We request that you make every attempt to leave the building by 7:10 p.m.
Concert 2:
7th Grade and Golden Harmonies
Parents park at OFIS and stay in OFIS cafeteria until instructed by Mr. Kurz or Mr. Sislowski
Students arrive at 7:15 p.m. and meet in MS gym for warmups.
Concert will be 7:30-8:00 p.m.
After the concert, please exit through the OFIS cafeteria.
We request that you make every attempt to leave the building by 8:10 p.m.
Concert 3:
8th Grade Choirs (Colla Voce, Cantanti & Chamber Ensemble)
Parents park at OFMS
Students arrive at 8:15 p.m. and meet in MS gym for warmups.
Concert will be 8:30-9:15 p.m.
Please let your director know as soon as possible if you have any conflicts with the schedule.
Students should not arrive before their assigned time unless they are accompanied by an adult.
May 8 is a non-school day for students due to elections being held in our buildings. Since this decision was made just several weeks ago, it would have been very difficult to reschedule to a different day.
